THE APPLICATION OF SELF-LEARNING CONTROL SYSTEM
        


      This  principle  of  control  is  realized   on  the  basis
of microprocessor devices, working in real time with active moni-
toring and  correction of piston  shape  directly  during  piston
manufacturing. The efficiency of founded laws for error compensa-
tion was  proved  not only on  models  and  in laboratory experi-
ments, but also in conditions of manufacturing.                   
      The efficiency is such,  that for time only of  two - three
revolutions  of turning  machine spindle periodical part of error
of piston shape reproduction decrease in ten times.              
      The new devices introduce the considerable changes in engi-
neering of production of serial details,  answer to  considerable
increase  of productivity,  accuracy and flexibility of  manufac-
turing.
